I'm sorry that you feel this way. I initially balanced your tires so that you couldn't see the weights like you asked for. Occasionally this does leave dynamic imbalance. Which i thought you were experiencing. I balanced the tires a second time and at this point I inspected more closely the cheap Chinese tires that you got online and found them to be the root of your vibrations. It was not the result of anything we did during the installation. You were made aware of this and I had you make a video of the tire spinning on the balance machine to show the company you bought them from. We both spoke to their representative and he asked for the video which i assumed you provided him to ultimately fix this concern. I'm not sure how after you and myself both cleaned the rims and shined the tires that you didn't say a word about any damage. You were literally on your knees wiping them clean and admiring the new look.....yet did not see or say anything then. I believe I did exactly what was asked of me and went above and beyond trying to get the tires you bought somewhere else replaced because they were clearly defective. You said you would let me know when they sent the replacements to you. At no time did you say anything about any damage or that you were unhappy about the minor vibrations after install. You simply asked me to correct it and I told you new tires were the only way how. Your review is reflecting the tires that you provided to us for install and not accurately describing the services that we did and recommendations that we gave.
