2 stars for fast response/service time. However single star for ethics/honesty. Jim was called out to look at our RV after an apparent electrical issue at a local campground. Upon service (1.25 hrs spent here) he indicated that the issue had not derived from our camper. After leaving our residence and upon speaking with the campground owners, he changed his tune. He then told us that the issue was with our camper plug (after telling us that since the plug was a solid plug, there was no way to tell). Several attempts to reach him requesting a written report of his findings have been unsuccessful. He refuses to return my calls or emails. He chose potential new business over ethics and honesty, and I could not be more disappointed.
