It took a month to get my car back and as I understand, there were some things that were out of the business's control, but the lack of communication and misinformed timelines were very frustrating. There was also some wrong ordering of parts which delayed the repair even longer. Also, when I was told that parts were on back order, I waited for weeks and no one called me, so I called the shop and they told me that the parts were in. I don't understand why they wouldn't have called me since I had already waited for weeks for them to call me and let me know. Really, it was very poor communication and lack of consideration from Clark's. The work seemed to be of good quality. Hopefully!
