Locked myself out of my rig. Thankfully somebody had triple a. Was told they would be in there in an hr or so. Great that means at least two or three hrs. Boy I was wrong 10 min later I was in my rig!
When I needed a tow for a car with a broken steering rack, I ended up calling Paul’s because my AAA had run out. I’m glad I did as the guy was crazy nice and accommodating (there were some issues waiting for keys so the first time he came we weren’t able to move it and he came back later when he could) and lots of people just wandering by seemed to know him personally and called out to him in his truck as we chatted. Nobody wants to have their car towed, but if they need to then it may as well be by a nice guy like this.

we absolutely love Paul’s. they have always gone above and beyond for us. they have always towed us when needed at a super fair price. our cars have always been assessed and repaired either same day it’s dropped off, or a day later. they always explain everything in great detail, and do what they can to keep costs low. they are hands down the best mechanics in the area.
