To let you know my situation. I tore my Meniscus in my left knee Exiting my work Van. My 1st surgery was to remove the torn portion of my meniscus, which was ok for over 1 year. After bone on bone I was in extreme pain. My short term disability would not help saying it was a workmans comp claim. Workmans comp would not help saying it was a short term disability claim. If it wasn't for my family paying my bills I would have lost everything. My house, car, appliances, etc. I would have lost my family. That's when David from Martin harding and mazzotti stepped in and reassured me I have nothing to worry about. It's very sad when you have to fight for what was supposed to be there for me in time of need. After my second surgery a total knee replacement, I'm able to get my life back together. Still have pain, but I'm much better than before.

David was great helped me get what he could for me. As the jerk that caused my accident fled the scene of the crime.
