Great customer service and windshield repair. I got a call to let me know they were on their way. The guys working were friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and did the job efficiently.
Super fast turn-around, and good job. Maybe a little more expensive, but in certain circumstances, worth it!
Portland glass in brattleboro was very accomadating and efficient. They got me in quickly after I smashed my back window. Within 24 hours i was back on the road.

A younger man came to fix my storm window that was smashed, and he was very respectful. Wiped his boots off before he came in. Asked if my cat was ok or if it was going to try to get out. And he replaced it pretty quick. Definitely recommend portLand glass. Very efficient and respectful.

I was passing through Brattleboro on my way back to Canada when I got a large chip in my windshield. Although it was too big to fix, Portland Glass did what they could to keep the cracks from expanding and to help me get back on the road. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. To top it all off, they didn’t charge me for the repair because the damage was unfixable without a replacement. I can’t thank them enough for getting me out of a jam. I highly recommend Portland Glass!
Portland glass was OK, kind of. They changed the front window of my old Chevy Camper. It took a lot longer than expected but , what I was told, whoever put the glass in before, did something with the gasket that made these guys job harder. The only thing I know is that they reused the old gasket. I had expected them to replace the gasket as well as the glass. I had some problems with water leaking in earlier but I pray that the guys at Portland Glass did a good job fixing that. Time will tell. Anyhow, they charged me the price they promised so I really didn't have any problems except the extended waiting time.

Portland glass repaired the glass in the front door of my business in less that eight hours. They left the premises clean. I would highly recommend them.
