As always, 103 Auto does an exceptional job! Had tires switched, oil change and inspection done today. The digital report is very comprehensive, documenting the status of the car and the upcoming suggested maintenance items. The use of this technology allows you to see what needs to be done, allowing you to schedule when it's convenient. Clearly their goal is to keep your car running safely for you! (and the little sweet treat is a solid BONUS!)

Never answers any lines of communication. I’ve called, emailed. No response. Looking to get a vehicle repaired you would figure they’d contact you. I sent inquiry’s through their site. And when I called the line was always busy. Busy for 3 hours?

103 Auto was amazing to work with! They answered the phone right away and when I called back with a question, I left a voicemail and they called me right back. I absolutely loved working with their staff, especially Jenni! They had my car in and out so quickly.

This company was acquired by another shop that has expressed an unwillingness (or perhaps inability) to work on vintage Porsches. If you were a customer of Heads Up or Route 103 in the past—when old German cars were what they serviced—please be aware that the business no longer exists as such.

You get what you pay for, service here is AMAZING! I’ve been bringing my cars here for the last few years, and have never been disappointed with their quick and effective repairs. Friendly family owned operation, and what’s better than a complimentary bag of chocolates with every repair! Highly recommend.

I am the fleet manager for a communications construction company. We have used 103 Auto ? Heads Up Motorsports on several occasions. Whatever the issue they have done their best to get us in, troubleshoot, quote and repair our vehicles at a fair price. What a great team!
