I just moved into the area. I always forget to write good reviews and I’m so happy with them that I’m writing it as I sit in the waiting room! I live down the street and my battery randomly died yesterday. It’s been running fine since but I was so nervous it would happen again and wanted to get it looked at asap. Out of 7 places I called in the area, they were one of two who had a person (not auto machine) answer, and the only ones who could squeeze me in to take a look. Once I arrived they met with me right away and went to take a look. If it’s extensive fix I’ll have to schedule an actual appointment which is totally understandable, but it’s such a relief to get it looked at right away. Everyone is so professional and efficient. And lastly - the waiting room is so cool! I’ve never had strong feelings about an auto waiting room before 😂
