Took my jeep with 85000 miles on it to them after I had just bought it for an assessment. They told me that I needed a water pump because it was leaking. I had them install a new one, plus change transmission fluid. Two days after getting it back from them, it overheated due to the idler pulley not even being where it should be....nonexistent! They had to take the serpentine belt off by using the tensioner pulley( right next to the water pump) and idler pulley) so while it was there, someone screwed up. They wouldn't take responsibility for it, so now I'm taking them to court. Have fun if you plan on using them!
Their furnace tech Brian is fast, efficient, and very friendly. Other companies were trying to sell me a new water heater or furnace. Brian was able to boil out the coil and now my water pressure is as good as new. Cost was far less than I expected! A+ Service.
I have used Butler Family Auto to deliver oil the last few years. Despite being quite far away from them they always deliver and are some of the kindest and most pleasant people to interact with. Cannot recommend enough!
Great place to have car fixed and they have heating oil and service. Very reliable.
