The steps on my daughter's class a motorhome weren't working. Paul spent a lot of time working on them even speaking to the manufacturer of the steps lying on the ground. He was professional and patient and temporarily fixed them for use until new parts arrived. He did what other repair people were unable to accomplish. Thank you Paul!!!
The water heater in our camper just stopped working. Ran a few tests and couldn't figure it out. Found his number by googling plumbers in the area. Called and his wife said he was in class all day. He called before 7 pm and said he would be there by 9:30 am on Sunday Morning. He was on time, found the problem, fixed it and didn't gouge us with unnecessary costs. Really nice guy.
