My insurance sent me to lacquershop in September for repair work, worst business dealing of my life. Over $9,000 in damage, get my car back months later, still had many missing/damaged parts. Called my insurance and took it to the dealership. I had over $4,000 in missing/damaged parts, this shop shouldn’t even be in business, totally dishonest and will intentionally scam you. If you take your car here, they will screw you, if I could give zero stars I would, there is nothing positive about them at all.
Brought our Blazer in to be repaired due to a little mistake I created, and Brent and his staff took EXCELLENT care of my car !!! Brought it in this past Monday and car, fully repaired and looking good as new this afternoon! Thanks so much for a wonderful experience Brent! 5 stars! There were quite a few pieces that needed to be repaired, and from ordering, putting them in, painting and even dealing with our insurance Brent was there every step of the way!
Brent the owner goes above and beyond to do the right thing when dealing with his customers. It's stressful enough to have a damaged vehicle but he handles it with a smile and puts you at ease immediately. He does the body work in a timely and very professional manner. The finished work was gorgeous. You would never know there was damage. I'm a repeat customer and I HIGHLY recommend this place for All your auto body needs. This establishment has been in business for well over 30 years and there's no doubt why. Thank you Brent. Keep up the great work.
DO NOT let this shop anywhere near your car. The owner was extremely unprofessional and rude from the beginning. I had the work done on my car and paid them.. the next day driving my car it began to overheat and it turns out the car was unsafe to drive. I called the shop back and the owner told me he didn't care, I already paid the money, there was nothing he was going to do, even though he knew he was giving me back a car that was unsafe to drive and had much more needed work that he did not disclose. He even had the audacity to tell me to take him to small claims court. Trust me, you do not want to bring your car here!
