We used this business a couple years ago and they were great! No issues at all! Work was perfect and they were easy to do business with. This time....not even close. If I was able to post a photo of my call log I would but I have been trying to call this business since February 22. 16 attempts at calling and I was able to reach the receptionist twice! First the receptionist was on vacation and apparently no one else can answer the phone. The first time I actually got through she told me she needed the estimate from insurance to make an appointment. The second time she told me she hadn't received the estimate yet. Today she calls me and says she received the estimate but they are so booked they aren't making appointments.Why didn't you say that a week ago?? Or a month ago?? I understand being busy but at the very least if your not Gunna bother answering the phone maybe put it on your voicemail message that you are not taking appointments at the moment so people don't waste a month trying to get in!
