Good, down to earth company with positive attitudes across the board. Steve made my time with them as smooth as one could hope, easily navigating any obstacles put in front of them on my behalf. Service Department failed to perform recall properly

We experienced great service from Patrick and Donna in the service department when we had a warranty issue come up on our vehicle. Between the shuttle service that was provided, and the great communication throughout the repair we were very pleased. I would highly recommend using this service department for all your repair needs!

I have to say that buying a new car from Preston's Kia was an absolute pleasure. I have purchased many cars over the years and I must say this was by far was the easiest. No pressure at all. My salesman Spenser went out of his way to accommodate all my needs. Jason and Jordan in finance made everything work out perfectly! They are all such nice and fun people to do business with. Please if you are looking for a new car don't hesitate to buy from Preston's Kia.

This dealership is phenomenal, and I can’t said I’ve ever said that about a dealership. Aaron in the service department goes out of his way to be helpful, responsive and kind. The team is welcoming and truly makes you feel like family. The service department is extremely professional and skilled. I’m so glad I found this dealership and recommend people buy their cars at Preston’s instead of other Kia dealerships in VT.
