The crew from TDI was awesome to deal with. They were able to get my tow camper out of 8” of mud and delivered to CT from NY with no damage.

Not many options for a washout (within company network) along my route to the shipper and had to pickup same day. Was running a few minutes past their washout hours. But luckily an employee stayed and washed out my trailer. Would recommend them for washouts 100%. Professional environment and communication at the front desk and over the phone.

Absolutely great.great location. A very helpful experienced professional staff. They fixed a problem I didn't even think was repairable. They also fixed a wheel hub issue even though they couldn't spare the hands. They found a way to squeeze me in & get me back on the road.i recommend 20 times over

DONT EVER EVER TRUST THIS COMPANY, BY FAR A NIGHTMARE WHEN IT COMES TO PRICING. I NEEDED A TOW OUT OF THE MUD THAT WAS LITERALLY STEPS OUT AND THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME $650 AND IT DIDNT REQUIRE A DRIVE N PULL. FOR A 5 MINUTE JOB THEY TRIED TO FORCE ME INTO PAYING FOR A SEEVICE THAT WAS FAR CHEAPER. I CALLED ANOTHER COMPANY AFTER DENYING THIER OFFER AND WAS QUOTED A PRICE OF $250 FOR THE SAME JOB. THIS COMPANY ISNT A OPTION, THIS IS STEALING AND BREAKING YOUR BANK JUST TO HELP YOU. RUN RUN RUN!!!! I PROMISE ANY OTHER COMPANY YOU CALL WILL BEAT THEIR PRICES BY A MILE. THIS IS MESSAGE IS COMING FROM A PLACE OF LOVE AND AWARENESS. NOT A GOOD BUSINESS!!!!!

GEECHI THANKS FOR THE REVIEW, BUT ALL YOU DID WAS CALL FOR A PRICE, DID THAT TOW COMPANY CLEAN UP THE LAWN THAT YOU TORE UP OR DID YOU JUST LEAVE THE SCENE AND LEAVE THE CLEAN UP TO THE LAND OWNER WHICH WE WERE GOING TO DO FOR YOU, ALSO OUR WRECKER COST OVER 395,000 DOLLARS WE WERE GOING TO HAVE OVER 2.5 TO 3 HOURS IN THIS JOB WE KNOW WHAT WE ARE WORTH. JUST BECAUSE YOU CALLED US DID NOT MEAN YOU NEEDED TO CHOOSE US, THERE FOR YOU DONT KNOW HOW OUR SERVICE WAS HAVE A GREAT DAY, WE GO ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR OUR CUSTOMERS

They were the only tow truck to help our 54 passenger coach bus get out of the snow not once BUT TWICE! Such nice guys and great customer service. Could not recommend them more
