Very poor, I brought my car in for oil change back li June and there man never put the screws back in for the air dam I asked them to fix it with the kit I provided and they had the nerve to charge me for there mistake. Well I've been going there for over 15 years not no more I'll be going elsewhere from now on It's sad they'd screw someone over but my eyes were opened today

I've always trusted the guys at Midas in St. Albans and have been bringing my cars there for years! My daughter's car required inspection and a shop in Burllington appeared to try to take advantage of her by getting her to pay for unneccessary items in order to get the inspection done, (5x what was needed!). Midas was able to get her an appointment the next day and explained what items were required for inspection and comleted the work at a fair price. That's not all! My daughter backed up into one of the guys old trucks on the way out. There was no real damage to the truck but my daugher dented her car. My daugher felt horrible about the running into them. Casey and Shayne had a tool in the truck and were able to take the dent out for her. Talk about going above and beyond not only in service, but in kindness! I can't say enough about the Team at Midas!

I received a "Low Ball" quote to replace rotors and brake pads, both axles on a F-350. Quoted $500-$600/an axle, but charged $750/axle. Get your quotes in writing.....

I would not recommend having this establishment mount your tires. I took my car in on Friday, April 7th to have new tires mounted. The following day after washing my car I noticed that all 4 painted alloy rims were scratched and gouged. After showing this to the manager and discussing this with the owner, I was told that I was an unknown customer and was trying to take advantage of them to get my rims fixed. My rims were in perfect condition prior to this service and now I’m looking at over $700.00 to have them repaired. The owner himself told me that he doesn’t know me and I was trying to use them to fix my damaged rims. I was also told that the damage occurred after I took possession of my car and it appeared to be curb rashing. All 4 tries ? I can assure you they damaged my rims and will not make good on it. Part of doing business is accepting loss and mistakes and they must have insurance for such cases. Mistakes happen. But people should make good on it. I am now left with an extremely high repair bill due to someone’s careless actions. I’m a retired 68 year old man looking to have had this handled in a respectable manner or to even meet me half way in the cost of having my rims repaired. The owner went on to say that with society today, people are trying to take advantage of others and since he didn’t know me, he was going on what his best service techs had to say, that my rims didn’t look like that when they completed the work. The owner claims to have even walked around my car several times looking at the rims and he didn’t see any damage. I told the owner if he felt he had the best person on the job as he told me, it was time to replace him because that person mishandled my rims. If you need tire change service, go to Partner Tire in Colchester, they know how to treat a persons property with respect.
