This past Saturday, I needed a tire change and was in the middle of nowhere Vermont. The technician found us quickly and was knowledgeable about my car. He was so nice and professional He should get a raise as he had to come out on a Saturday. I hope he is having g a good week. Florence.

Jason from Jag’s Automotive was incredibly helpful when our car ended up in a ditch during a snow storm. Not only did he tow our car in bad weather conditions, he went the extra mile by helping us secure accommodation and personally driving us to the hotel. Jason and everyone at Jag’s was knowledgeable and kind and we are very grateful for all of their help!

Our van slid off our driveway, and AAA called Jags. Jags showed up several hours after AAA said they’d arrive, without contacting us. They were unable to pull our van out, and said they’d be back the following morning with a wrecker, with no qualifications. When Jags did in fact not return the following morning, we followed up and were told they would not come back until we sanded the driveway. We’d not been told about this requirement but had it done in 30min. When we called back, we were told they would come back that day. After many follow ups to Jags, always committing to return, we went to bed with our stuck van and no word from Jags. Day three began again, calling Jags. They were surprised that despite committing continually that they’d return, that we hadn’t found someone else to pull us out. Said they’d be back sometime that day. At this point we called AAA asking for another vendor to help us. AAA called Jags anyways, and he refused the job, but again, no word to us from Jags that they wouldn’t be coming. Glad we had food, as we were housebound for three days due to Jags. Never again.

I went to a few places locally to get a quote for a major auto body repair on my car. I was surprised by how much I saved with jags automotive compared to the others in town. I’m not only saved over $1000, and was very impressed with the quality of work that they did. BEAUTIFUL JOB ! I would highly recommend jags automotive for towing, auto repair, and for all your auto body work as well. Very impressed with their personal service and I’m happy to recommend them. They do Quality work at a affordable price! 🎩

On 8/5/23 this facility called me, as I was stranded in wait,with AAA for tow service. They offered a tow and recommended a place for tire installation. Tony, the tow driver was professional, and had us towed in no time. And the boss even came over to ensure quality service.. What an awesome company! I would definitely recommend Jag's. No one better!

My brother in law and his family of 11 kids broke down on their way to Vermont on a family trip in their 15 passenger van. I called Jason from Jags on their behalf to try to find a towing service to get them off the highway to safety. Jason not only towed the van to his shop but he also helped transport the entire family to a local place where they found lodging. The next morning Jason and his shop had the transmission removed and a new flex plate installed on their van. They had the vehicle repaired and back on the road in less than 24 hours. This kind of service is unheard of! I Jason you are amazing!
