The service is always done right and at a reasonable price. For example the Rutland RAM dealer charged me 2.5x the cost for a diesel oil change. Felicia at Allen's is a pleasure to speak with and communicates very well. I highly recommend Allen's

I have always had a good experience at Allen's. They get you in in a timely manner and give you a good estimate of the wait time for their service. Staff is friendly and professional and pricing is fair.

My son is a college student near Rutland, VT, and when his car's brakes needed replacing he went to Allen's. They were wonderful to him, got the car repaired quickly, expertly, and at a reasonable price, BUT THEN went further and checked the car over in general, topped off his oil, and in general treated him like one of their own. As a father living 150 miles away, hearing how well he was treated made me incredibly happy! Thank you to everyone at Allen's Automotive, you folks are the best!!

absolutely amazing experience. woman at the front desk was incredibly nice. they even put some oil in my car free of charge ! as a college student, i am not familiar with this area so i was so pleased to find such an amazing shop. highly, highly recommend
