Went in for exhaust estimate and they advised that the parts in question may have a warranty and I should follow up with my prior garage first. IT WAS WARRANTIED and prior garage was able to get my parts for replacement. Saved me $500. Don't think all garages would've advised accordingly.
They have poor communication if I could give it a zero star I would 🙄. Brought my car in to them for an estimate of how much to fix it. Whwn they do what they did the lady told me thee service fee is $30 and didn't even do what I asked them they did what they wanted to do. I left my car and came back cuz they had to put it up in the air the last gonna say oh now it's $40 because he had to go back and put it up after he already diagnosed what was wrong the first time. Mind you she never told me any of this before I left my car or brought my car to them never mentions price or nothing. They area big time rip off I wouldn't recommend no one going there 🤷🏽♀️
