It's a dirty auto shop and that shouldn't surprise anyone. But the service and EDUCATION they provide is very helpful to me. I ask about how my car parts are supposed to work ask for work around or cheaper options and Dennis will answer everything and let ME decide my best option. I really value that.

12/20/22 Fairfax Salvage and Repair What a great place! A friend referred me awhile back to have my vehicle diagnosed as I was getting the run around from other shops. Dennis and his team were very helpful with all questions and accommodating. Yesterday 02/28/23 i sent an email to the team about an issue I had with my vehicle. The team called me in a timely manner and was able to get me in for a same day appointment to diagnose the issues my vehicle had. Rather than scheduling me weeks to months out Robert was able to get me an appointment for the next day 03/01/23 to have my flex pipe fixed, not only was the environment open and friendly we had a great visit playing with the three dogs while we waited (Goose, Ollie and Axel) Robert gave my seven year old daughter two boxes of cookies ❤️ which put a big smile on her face which he didn’t have to do.
