I purchased a used pickup truck this summer, and Chris has been super helpful in diagnosing and fixing some problems. He recently helped me out in a hurry when my heater fan stopped working during a cold spell -- a much appreciated fix for both my safety (defroster) and comfort. He's very knowledgeable, sends photos of problems as he finds them for discussion if needed, and his prices are reasonable. Highly recommend.

After calling 7 or so businesses on the day before a holiday, Chris was the only one that answered the phone. They got me in pretty quickly. They were very straightforward and upfront person. They told me all the details and was willing to take pictures if they ran into other troubles during the job. Would recommend to others in the area.

I asked Chris to listen to my 13 year old economy car engine, as the mechanic I was advised to go see was booked a few weeks out (the good one usually are). I didn't ask him to jack it up onto a lift, but after he had insistently and sort of irritably ushered me into the waiting room and closed the door so I couldn't see him, he had jacked it up and took about 5-10 minutes to diagnosis it. He then tried to charge me $95+ dollars of labor time, after telling me his rate was $75/hour. He didn't even offer to put it towards the repair labor charge. That's more than many lawyers make! If he had been reasonable and professional, I would have taken my car there for repair. Instead I just feel taken advantage of. Afterwards, I took my car to someone else who gave a different opinion and two possible scenarios, one way less costly.

Chris has been my go-to mechanic since I purchased my first car. He's one of the only mechanics I've met that will share photos of where repairs are needed and will walk you through what he does. Consistently satisfied with his work, and if there's something he doesn't work on, he's always able to refer me to somewhere he trusts. Excellent customer service, honest communication, and somewhere I will continue to recommend!
