Sheila & Dana were phenomenal. My car broke down in Kilington on a ski trip. They fixed my car while I was skiing. My car rides like it is brand new. I would highly recommend them for any car repair. They deserve more than a 5⭐️ review if it was possible. Thank you guys so much!!!!!

Always friendly- they do not offer home heating glycol recycling- rcsw does- homeowners can get a permit and dispose of much cheaper than contractors.

May 25, 2023Hi Jordan, Thank you for your positive review.
This place is the worst. They only have one guy, and takes a week to do what a normal mechanic does in a half day. He doesn't know what he's doing. Change your name to Killington Towing and stop working on vehicles!

May 25, 2023Hello Bryan, thank you for your positive review. It was a pleasure working with you and we’re so glad that Dana was able to get you back on the road safely. Enjoy your travels!
They don't work weekends, so if you need a tow out of a dirch, don't bother.

May 25, 2023Hi Mark, we apologize but do not have any record that you called. We do provide 24 hour roadside service and have been assisting people all weekend. To clarify, We DO work weekends for roadside service. We are sorry if there is any confusion. Hoping all is well.
Don’t do it, you’ll be sorry. With their 4 days of unsuccessful repairs, 3 nights at a hotel, and a tow back home this cost me thousands. Meanwhile my mechanic fixed it in a half hour for 50 dollars. It was a sensor! Don’t fall into the same Hillbilly trap that I did! Have it towed somewhere else!

THEY CHEATED ME! I called them because I thought my son's car probably needed a new starter motor and he was close by. Phone conversation gave me an ok feel so I made an appt. and had him bring it over. I thought it was unusual when I called to ask what they had found and was told the owner was out but that they had ordered the starter. I have never dealt with a repair shop that did not call to tell me what was wrong and how much the charge was going to be. The next day I called and was told it was done and the cost was $659.86. Seemed a bit steep since the cost of the starter on most auto parts websites was, at worst, $389. What has earned them this review is the fact that I was given a price over the phone of $659 and when I checked my credit card statement I found that I was billed $684.87. I called to ask what the extra $24.21 was for and the owners wife told me they had a 3% credit card fee. I complained that I had never been informed of this and never called to approve the work before it was performed. She said, "oh, sorry they didn't tell you." To start with, $24.21 is NOT 3%, it's 3.8%. If you are going to charge that you better be telling customers that BEFORE you perform the work and charge their credit card. For that they would get ZERO STARS! if I could give it. Lame reply. The 16 year old never dealt with them in any capacity other than to drop the keys and pick them up. I paid the bill, I made the calls. They had every opportunity to tell me about the credit card fee and they didn't. Drive to Rutland and find another garage.

May 25, 2023Chris, we are sorry that you were disappointed and gave us a poor review. It appears you are most upset about the credit card fee, which is clearly displayed at the front desk of the shop where your son dropped off his key, spoke with the mechanic, and returned again to pick up the car and his key. Perhaps your son did not notice it on these visits?? on a positive note, I am glad we were able to fix your son’s car properly. Though we do not feel you were “cheated” in anyway, we don’t like customers feeling that way. You are welcome to call us if you’d like to discuss this further. Safe travels
My check engine light went on as I was on my way up the mountain - I stopped at Killington Auto - they generously helped me even though it was close to their closing time. They were through and went above and beyond to fix what was was wrong and send me on my way safely - highly recommend!
