Great service all around.

Yesterday I tried to get my brakes fixed at a mechanic place close to my house while doing five different things called the wrong Automotive garage booked an appointment put my keys in the one that I thought I was booking an appointment for the reception was excessively nice called me to ask if I was still planning on coming to the garage like we had spoken about I informed her what I did and she was so understanding and courteous and didn't give me a hard time for canceling my appointment no notice she's super friendly and very happy and apparently loves her job with a great sense of humor and if I were to have another problem in the future I will definitely come here thank you so very much for being so understanding and never change

Had a wonderful first time experience with S&B Automotive. I took my vehicle there a few weeks ago to get a state inspection and have tires swapped over. Easy to schedule, open communication, and honest people. I love their digital vehicle report that they share with you after an inspection which shows you what certain areas of your vehicle passed and what needs attention. Will certainly be a returning customer!

I just moved from Los Angeles and I didn’t exchange my wiper fluid in time, so it froze. And my windshield wipers chattered really badly. I brought my car in the exchange the fluid and get new wiper blades, and they did a complementary inspection of my car where they found the ball joints were really loose, and if they got worse I could lose control of my car. Losing car control is already likely given that there’s snow and ice everywhere now. I’m really really glad they checked my car, and could fix all of it, in a timely manner, too. I have classes during the day and they completely worked with me and my schedule to figure out when I could bring in my car and pick it up. And though the ball joint parts were expensive, they worked with me and didn’t tire of me asking many questions about products. They’re super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly people, and I’m really grateful for that!

We had a great experience with S&B Automotive. After experiencing problems with our 2017 Silverado while out of town, we called and they said it would be several hours before they could diagnose the truck. We made it to their location in Bethel, Vermont and they saw our truck more quickly due to a cancellation. They fixed a loose coil wire and checked the other cylinders as well. We were back on the road within two hours! As a reflection of their customer care, they even followed up with us several days later after we were back on the road to make sure everything was okay. Their professionalism and integrity is second to none!
