Did a fantastic job putting our Honda Accord back to its original condition after a hit & run driver banged into our car at an event. Luckly, there was a eyewitness who called police and apprehended the driver. If the need ever arises again we will certainly use Direct Auto Body, they have earned our respect. A highly satisfied customer.

Brought my car here after someone hit it in a Shaw's parking lot needed a new bumper and took a little longer then I had hoped for. Very happy with the initial work done then had a little issue contacted the shop and David took care of it immediately. David is the man and gets things done

Really quick work. Was done a week sooner than expected which was a relief. I used to work for dealerships and there were many cars that waited a very long time to get their repairs done, so I expected it to take much longer than estimated. But it was done a week early!

I used these folks through Geico and I can't express enough how smooth and easy the process was. I dropped off my car and an Enterprise representative was already there to hand me keys to a rental. The body shop did great work as expected, and the above all, the customer service was an 11/10 experience. Great communication as well as very friendly people. I highly recommend!

I would highly recommend! The staff is professional and very kind. My vehicle needed over 7,000 of repairs and when it was completed it looked brand new! Julie was especially helpful -taking all my calls and answering every question in detail!

The worst place I could've brought my vehicle for repairs. You cannot trust this shop, especially the manager Chris Baringer, who is so unprofessional. They did negligent, dishonest, and incomplete work on my brand new truck, which they had for 3.5 months. He can't return a phone call for questions on my repairs, even 2 months later.  I've had to take it into 2 other shops afterwards to get any answers why it's still not right. No one has this kind of time when you're expecting professional work. And in the end, he just had excuses and blame and a bad attitude. They say they guarantee their work for as long as you own the vehicle. Well you'll have to fight hard for that if you can even get ahold of anyone. This has been the worst most frustrating experience I have ever had to deal with in my life! I have a huge write up and detailed explanation, but I hope this short review can get the attention of the general manager or owner so I can finally get some resolution.

A deer jumped into the side of my car and damaged the entire passenger side. I brought my car to Direct Auto body and I was thrilled with how easy the process was to navigate. The estimate was quick and easy. We scheduled a repair date. My car was repaired and back to me within the quoted time frame and the car looks new again! I’m very happy with the experience!
