Dana and his staff set the tone for a great customer experience. Shopped for tires, gave me a good price, next day install, no problems with balance and tire pressures were to spec. And that works for me......

The people in the shop were fine and the work was adequate but it took two days and over $100 to swap out some rubber on 2 tires. Felt like it was a bit slow and definitely overcharged.

I have worst experience. I had a BMW and I went there to change brake and rotor. They charge more money. They gave me random figure estimate without part price or labor charge or a written quote just a random number verbally of the total cost and once I agreed for repair on that, they make the bill according to that price or even more then the quote by charging the double price on parts then the actual price of the part later I found price on the same parts number and same store they ordered the part by calling the store. They Charge almost double than the amount on the parts. Once I informed them why you charge this much they start making story. I will not recommend people to go there. If you are traveling from out of state please always prefer dealerships they charge you more money but you will get OEM parts because these guys will charge you almost same money as dealerships for aftermarket price. And I recommend people who have the same issue try to complain against them on Business bureau or atleast leave a review so that no new customers get trapped.

Just like any service provider, there are markups on the parts that we install, and we do charge additional to customers who bring in their own parts as we are taking on the liability. We are transparent and upfront with our customers on service charges, and make sure to get sign-off from our customers before performing any work so that they will not be surprised by any hidden fees or charges. We will coach our staff to be clearer in their communication on how they came to a price point on a service quote so that there is no miscommunication with future customers!
