A bad taste. Pricing too firm and bargaining too stingy. Salesmen wouldn't come down in price for their vehicles even when clearly in need of service. Passed inspection for their salesfloor but wouldn't have passed without work in private ownership. While there are unique cars on the lot- be warned *customer satisfaction* is not a value- just the customer payment.. Wheel bearings, CV joint needed replacing immediately/ within 4k miles. Clutch failure on my Subaru Forester in under 10k miles. Feeling like their sales team had a gimmic to get my vehicle off the lot. No matter what was brought to their attention they showed no appreciation for my interest in the vehicle. If they do care about reputation they would do more to listen to the customer on the condition of their vehicles on lot.
