It's bad business not letting customers return parts. Worst part it you provided the wrong parts and all I wanted to do was exchange them for the right ones.

May 24, 2023So I spoke with the manager and he explained you were trying to return another customers parts, not ones you bought and they were not able to find a purchase for those parts from us. We can't return parts if we don't know they were bought from us or for how much. I spoke with the employee who had printed the invoice, for the one purchase for those parts from our store in two years. That invoice was not for you or from your account, they were for a different customer. That was why we wouldn't return the parts.
