I did not have the work done at this shop, however I am from Pennsylvania and was traveling to laconia on a Monday when my rear wheel bearing went on my softail, and all harley dealers in 3 states were closed, I found their number and talked to Barb, she was unable to help me with the repair due to part availability but she did do the leg work and made phone calls to find someone who could and I was back on the road within 3 hours with her help. If the service is as excellent as the help I received from Barb, I highly recommend Fat Max Motor worx. A huge shout out to Barb at Fat Max, without her help I would have sat. Greg from Pa.

Awesome shop. They worked hard to diagnose and fix a golf cart I had as well as a small 50cc mini bike. Both machines functioned perfectly after picking it up. Thanks for the great work at fair price.
