I had to go to get stuff out a car I totaled. Al personally was friendly and had protected areas with plastic that could leak water into the interior. I had to come back twice more ( and still forgot things) but if I ever need a tow, I’d call him first. He beat two other potential tow operators I paid to do exactly that, including insurance and Acura Quality Care. If the state doesn’t have him top of their list of people to call for a freeway accident ( way back in the trees you can’t see it, yet he found it AND got it out) they should have. I know personally for decades several owner operators tow trucks, and he tops them ALL.

Unfortunately my vehicles of late have been POS on toast, this company has been contacted by my insurance company twice and they have YET to let me down. If they fail to show, my stars will dictate, but these guys are GREAT! They were faster than the quoted 45 minutes on the key lockout; (have to Love kids, right)? The last time the "new to me" POS I had broke down - different vehicle - I was quoted a 90 minute wait, but in 98 degree weather it might as well be 3 hours, he showed up less than an hour later, it may have been less than half an hour from the time I called, to the time he came and bailed me out! I appreciate the fact the tow had room for a passenger, I was only 1 person but some companies will not allow passengers, I was very elated to not have to worry about how I was going to get off the side of the road. Getting to the garage was never such a relief, especially since it was a Holiday weekend, I expected to be heat stroke before I was ever towed. Thank You Sir, for being more than willing to help more than just me, I know there was a gentleman that pulled in to talk to him while he was unloading, he was super nice to answer the guys questions so they could both go about their day, he was phenomenal!

Saved my day. So professional. Geico alerted them to my emergency and they responded quickly. Seeing that truck come over the rise towards me was to me that day a miracle. Loaded my car quickly and brought me where I requested. So polite. What a driver. Quick, on time and I need to mention how he calmed me down. This is my choice always.
