When you're having a terrible day, a friendly face can really make all the difference. We were stressed and tired stranded in the snow when Mark and his wife Shannon came to our rescue. Going above and beyond to find a truck that could reach us on a remote, snowy road, they were calm and understanding and got right to work, joking with us and putting us right at ease.
