Lutz Auto is a gem! Derek and the team always go above and beyond to be helpful and dependable. One of the things I value most about Lutz Auto is how communicative they are. Whether it’s an oil change or a brake job, Derek is a great communicator and manages expectations very well. He always makes sure we are on the same page, and I always feel confident when I leave my car with him. I highly recommend this shop for its dependability and for the great work!
I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I can always trust that the work will be done well, I’ll be informed of work that might be expected in the future. And, I trust everyone in the shop. That’s priceless.
The folks at Lutz really saved the day during our last trip to Jay Peak... They managed to diagnose our car's issue, find the parts and repair it during a Friday afternoon... Allowing us to return to Canada as planned the following Sunday. Great service, great people... Thanks again !

My family and I were traveling through Vermont. My tire sensors started acting insane. I had absolutely no reception, and not a clue of what I should do. Luckily, I happened upon Lutz Automotive. Within minutes of pulling in, I was greeted, my issues were diagnosed, repairs had been made, and I was on my way! This made my scary travel experience so much better. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service!!!
