Shout-out to Douglas Crossman and Coggins Toyota in Bennington, Vermont, where we purchased a 2024 Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro. We attempted to buy a 2023 model last fall from two dealers in New Hampshire, but they would not sell us one without a “market adjustment” of between $3,000 and $5000, added to MSRP. Some dealers will take advantage of potential customers, and will capitalize on the limited supply and high demand for certain vehicles, like the 4Runner TRD Pro. Just because a dealer can get away with price gouging does not mean that they should – it is short sighted and hurts their reputation in the long run – it sends a message that their priority is making as much money as possible, sacrificing the opportunity to build a long term relationship with a customer who lives in their market area. We bought our 4Runner from Douglas for a fair price without any “market adjustment,” and the transaction was simple and stress free. After making our deposit, we tracked the vehicle from the build phase in Japan, through its arrival at the port in New Jersey, and transport by truck to Vermont. Coggins did an outstanding job detailing the vehicle and preparing it for delivery. We are extremely satisfied with our new 4Runner. We highly recommend Douglas Crossman at Coggins for the purchase of your next Toyota vehicle.

My husband and I went to Coggins to purchase a RAV4 Prime. Others informed us that it will take up to 6 months and we will pay over sticker price. None of these things happened. The manager spent time with us talking through the different models and provided his honest opinion, which we appreciated. He then gave us to Brian who continues to take excellent care of us. They found us the car I wanted and we had it within the week. Brian checked in with me again this week to talk through any additional questions I might have ( and I did!).
