Great place with great service. I have had my tires checked, my oil changed, my oil done. All my appointments are on time. When I drop in I am met like I made an appointment. Rich is particularly exceptional and knowledgeable in role as a customer service agent.

I am very impressed with the friendly and helpful customer service and the quality the repair work I received. The mechanic showed me a picture of the repair that needed to be done and explained the procedure. The shop is near and clean and offers coffee and a nice place to work. I would highly recommend this shop!

Richard was so helpful when I needed a new tire on a Sunday. The other dealers I spoke to said the new tire would take a few days to be delivered. He ordered it on a Sunday and I will admit that I was skeptical, but in fact it was delivered the next morning. Then I needed a new rim and once again he got one the next morning. They really care about their customers. .

This was my first visit. I was pleased by the large waiting area and clean bathroom. The service manager was informative and kept me updated as I waited. I will definitely return with future needs. Came back in for brake work in February 2024. The staff again provided excellent service all around as my first visit. The tech showed me exactly what the problem was on my vehicle and thoroughly explained what needed to be done. Parts had to be ordered, but they were able to get them within an hour and my vehicle was ready shortly afterward. Very pleased again with my experience and recommend VIP Tires & Service in Rutland.

Re-torqued my tires after getting snow tires and checked the pressure light within minutes. Impressive.

CJ was amazing and thorough in his assessment and taking care of reviewing my vehicle for inspection. He explained what was needed in clear language, was caring and extremely helpful in making sure my vehicle was safe and passed inspection. We needed new tires and Richard was fantastic in helping to choose the right tires for best safety and efficacy. He really took care of us to make sure to get us the best price! I so appreciate the help and care the VIP of Rutland staff has provided us in such short order. I HIGHLY recommend VIP Rutland!!!!

I came in with my ‘17 Kia rio for brakes turned out it was just tires I needed. Very friendly and informative.

I went in for a VT State Inspection (Rutland, VT), asked if they gave a Veterans Discount, showed my VA ID card and was not charged for the Inspection! I am extremely grateful to have been honored for my Military Service that way, they do that for all Veterans who can show Military ID. They were great folks in general...Thanks VIP! MLM 1/19/24
