One of my tire exploded while i was driving back to Canada I called multiple shops nobody was able to help me except for don’s auto They found me a new tire set up everything within 30min , offered me coffee/water and on top of that they were super funny , kind , I had a pleasant time The service was top notch !!!

I had my winter tires put on this time. But have had work done previously. I go to Don's Auto, because they are very accommodating. They even came and picked up my car for me, due to my broken ankle. At Don's Auto I never worry because they are honest and friendly.

Many other local businesses won't touch Bmw, much like acceptance of an American Express Visa-- costs then too much. Don's did it. No more "limp-mode". I recommend for all your vehicle maintenance needs.

We go to Dons for all are needs on all four of are vehicles. They are always quick to get us in when in need and always quick to determine if anything needs to be done ASAP or if it is somthing that can wait. We appreciate them always working around are funky work schedules.

Update: 7/18/2022 Getting ready to travel for my son's doctor's appointment tomorrow and went to check the air in my tires. When I took the cap off one of them air began leaking out. I called to see if they could help me out. YES! Please bring in your vehicle anytime and we will get it taken care of. They fixed the issue and made sure all tires are at the proper PSI. I LOVE DON'S auto. Update: 5/10/2022 I am happy that Don's is back in business after their fire! Had my tires switched and as usual, the service was excellent! In addition, I appreciate that they accept my need to wear a mask. I am immunocompromized and this is one place in town were I can go without people giving me grief. First time here and I am super happy with the service I received. I went for an oil change and state inspection. They were prompt, professional, and thorough (they even gave my suburban a wash before they gave her back to me!) I will definitely be back. If you have car needs Don's is your place!

I couldn’t recommend a better mechanic shop. The receptionist Alan was so clear explaining my car issue and so nice! The whole staff seems so kind and ready to help. This company will make sure they’re customers are truly taken care of. Highly recommend! Thank you Dons Auto
