Needed an inspection and got in same day even though I know they are busy with tire season schedule. Fast, friendly and professional service. Comfortable waiting room.

Man o man! This place is very disappointing. I brought my car here the end of June I needed new tires put on (purchased else where) and an alignment. Got my in quick which was nice. But the joke was on me I guess. Got my tires on and “4 wheel alignment” and I was off to Maine the next day for a little vacation with my family. Got back put about 800ish-1000ish miles on my BRAND NEW tires. My partner, out of curiosity,checks out the tires. Drivers side and passenger side front end inside tires are cupping! Called gills up got me in the next day to check it out. Went in and they said the machine might need to be recalibrated. Ooo uh huh ok. They “realign” my car. Drive it around its pulling and not staying straight. So instead of taking it back to the place where they couldn’t get it right 2 times we brought it to a more reputable shop in town. I then had to pay another shop to REALIGN my car. Then the more reputable shop tells me they had to torch my tie rods to do the alignment so that wasn’t touched by a shop that not once but twice “aligned”. My tires were tilted in an extreme amount! So when I called Gills auto. I was told they have the paper work in front of them that states they did the alignment and what I’m saying is interesting 🤨! I asked for my money back seems I have proof the alignment they did TWO times was way way off and ruined my BRAND NEW tires! And I was told that they can not give me my money back because they have a paper stating they did the alignment. Asked if I bought the tires there. No I didnt. So he told me because I didn’t but then there he couldn’t warranty them. And told me I should have brought it back to them again before I brought it else where! I will never bring my vehicle there again. Shame on this business for damaging someone’s brand new tires that i work to pay for and now have to replace again because you couldn’t do you job correctly the first of second time! And them have absolutely no remorse for what your employees did! Now I’m out hundreds of more dollars for cleaning up Gills autos mess up! I hope no one ever does you dirty like you did to me and my family!!

Great bunch of guys, they look out for their customers. Called them on Monday for an oil change, brake/rotor change, and tire rotation; got an appointment for today, Tuesday and got my car back by 12pm. Highly recommend.
