Chris and Jason are very professional and knowledgeable, they actually care about their customers, and they follow up with the customers to make sure everything is OK. We have found our new mechanic.
On a road trip and called to get my car checked out. They were the only place I called (of about 10) in the Burlington vicinity that could get me in within 3 days. Ended up deciding to proceed with my travel plans so I made arrangements to get serviced in another city, but they were incredibly kind and fast when making arrangements in Burlington.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I had to for Priority Auto. After my experience there, I highly recommend this business for anyone looking for a mechanic! My car had to have it’s power steering rack replaced and they fit me in for an appointment very quickly. When I had to reschedule because of a work conflict, they were very understanding. The employees at Priority Auto are knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. The work they do is top notch. I got my car back today and it drives like a brand new car. Super grateful to these guys!
