Your tech failed to locate a one inch long piece of metal that had punctured my tire and was causing leakage. I was charged with tire repair. I returned to your facility with the tire after locating the damage myself, and ask for a refund. Your supervisor on duty refused the refund, and was rude. I informed him that I would no longer be using your company for maintenance on any of my vehicles, and that I would inform other friends and associates of the incident and poor service. He said that was fine, as if my business was not a priority. Very disappointed...

These guys are the best! Especially Jeff who seems to be the one I always talk to. I started bringing my car here when I lived close by and continue to come now from South Hero because they are so great. Highly recommend for everything from your routine oil change to bigger jobs as well.

Can’t believe I haven’t reviewed this place yet - been going for years! This crew is stretched thin like everyone/everywhere else, but they’ve always been straight with me and time and time again I’ve seen them do everything they can to help me and anyone else who walks through those doors whenever and however they can. Can’t tell you how many times they’ve come through for me at the Essex location. Sometimes last minute emergency appointments sometimes just friendly reliable consistent thorough scheduled maintenance. These guys work their tails off to help people and I can’t recommend enough you won’t be sorry give them your business and they’ll take good care of you. -A loyal long time customer!

Very quick service, we got an oil change and the guy (didn't get his name unfortunately) said he would get to us in about fifteen minutes and it was probably five. The oil change was probably about 20-25 minutes and they were very busy at the time. They also seem to do just about everything at their shop. Thanks Oil N' Go!
