I 10/10 recommend Next Generation Automotive for any of your repair needs! I recently had a terrible experience at The Twisted Wrench auto repair shop, so it was extra relieving to find a repair shop with honest, caring, and trustworthy people! My truck had been completely dying randomly and after being told there was "nothing wrong with it" by The Twisted Wrench, I was feeling frustrated. Mike not only listened attentively to the problems I was having with my truck, but he seemed to immediately have an idea of what might be wrong with it. He took me seriously and was incredibly kind the entire time. He & the rest of the team were not only able to figure out that my radio was installed incorrectly and had killed my battery & alternator, but they also replaced everything and rewired the radio all within the same day. Their prices were extremely reasonable and I felt like I was really heard and that my truck was in good, knowledgable hands. They even gave me a loaner car for the day so that I didn't have to spend extra money Ubering back and forth. I will 100% be returning to Next Generation Automotive for all of my auto needs!!
