We contacted Boondock Motors for assistance with a truck that went off the road. The call was made at approximately 10:30 am and we were told the truck would be out within 2 hours. After numerous phone calls and excuses, the truck finally arrived at 6:30 pm, nearly 8 hours after the initial call. The person operating the tow truck clearly had little if any training and took over 2 hours to pull the truck back onto the roadway. In the process he nearly rolled the truck due to the way he first hooked the truck. Fortunately the driver of our truck was able to stop him before this occurred. Due to the nearly 10 hours that this process took, we incurred significant additional costs that would have been avoided had services been provided in a timely manner. I contacted Travis, the owner of Boondock Motors, to request a partial refund of the $800 fee that was charged, but he has failed to return my calls. **Response to Business which finally replied on 3/8/23-- 2 months after this incident** Boondock Motors- between calls and emails I provided my phone number at least 6 times. You're welcome to call me if you'd finally like to address this issue.
