10 stars! I can’t tell you how grateful I am to Ken. He went out of his way to help us when we would otherwise be stranded. He answered the phone on a Saturday and said yes he could help and he immediately started calling for parts. Our car was fixed in no time at all. These Vermonters sure are kind… and capable!
