Midas service is definitely Golden. I prefer patronizing independent businesses, but when I went to Midas 10 years ago with a problem I couldn’t fix, Midas not only fixed it while I waited, but didn’t even charge me. In return, they got a customer for life. They even know me by name. During those years, the team has kept my 2004 Subaru running like new. When brakes they installed wore out prematurely, Midas honored their warranty with no problem. Managers Allie, Richard and Brent and mechanic Dexter and others are constantly professional, courteous and especially honest. I trust their mechanical expertise explicitly.

Rich and Brent do a amazing job. My entire family takes their cars to them! From inspections to car maintenance they do it all. Definitely recommend!

Driving on Rte. 4 and suddenly all the lights came on on my dash! Eek! Saw the Midas was right there and pulled in. The kindest gentlemen helped me right away and diagnosed the issue as drive-able and told me not to worry about continuing on my 3+ hour journey. Told me what the issue was and showed me the diagnostics. No charge. I’m home safely and so glad I pulled in to such a nice, helpful shop. Thank you!

These people will do the MINIMUM and lead you to believe they fixed the issue. We even asked before the car was done if it needed calipers and Rich said they're fine. A day later we need to go back for new calipers which ON THE SAME DAY they wrote in the report they recommend changing them. So now we have to pay even more, my bf asked TWICE about the calipers and Rich didn't disclose that they needed work until after the car was finished and paid for. We will not be going back to this joke of a car shop, I suggest you go to Charlie Dorr in Chittenden. Never have had a problem until we went to Midas instead of Charlie.
