As a mechanic for the last 20 years in an inspector all the way up until 2022 I took my car in for an inspection knowing that it might need a pads and a sensor to get inspected and then see it to this place and as a mechanic. I know how I left my car cause I record it before I go and drop it off to mechanics knowing how they can be damaging cars on the lyft and lying about it and all this in such as mechanic. I know these things. So I record my car and take pictures before bring can to any mechanics. And come to find out they were breaking lights and things and taking pictures of it, saying that it needs to be fixed. But my video floated shows different beforehand... Also, they try swindling anybody trying to get and inspection because they know it state money. So they try racking on all these useless parts that you don't need like a typical mechanic shop..... Just be weary as a mechanic myself. I know how mechanics can operate. It's very sneaky operation... I will say I've never had a good experience with a mechanic shop in my last 10 years or so. Just because everyone's trying to hustle. You steal your money and play You for a fool. But like I said as a mechanic for 20 plus years at Midas and inspections. And engine diagnostics and replacement. I know my way around. I also know how shop's work.

Things at your garage went well. The rental car facilitates my ability to get my car worked on in a timely fashion. Your work has always been very good. You reach out with questions and concerns. You guys are great!

Allen's Auto did a great job, when my 2005 Nissan Sentra was leaking fluid, they quickly diagnosed the problem, order a new steering rack, and did the replacement. They were very good in communicating to me about the problem, the choice of replacement part prices, and let me know how long it would take. I really appreciate both their mechanics' skills and their front office communication.
