The service department at Alderman’s is great! They’re much more professional than the place I bought the truck so I will be getting all my services done there and will probably trade it in for a newer model at Alderman’s too.

Got a new set of tires and waited a little over an hour. Waiting areas are great, everyone is friendly and I felt genuinely like they were happy to have my business. Service department kept me informed and went the extra mile to answer some additional questions.

When the CP4 pump on my 2012 Diesel one ton was on it's way out, Alderman's worked hard to get me back on the road. They were able to get me back on the road the week before they estimated that they could get all the fuel system parts and get the truck in the shop. Months later when there was a small issue with the extensive pump repair they did, Alderman's was fully accountable and I was able to have that repair taken care of by a shop that I know and trust states away from VT where I was working. I'm grateful for the level of professionalism and customer service that this dealership deliver. Thank you to the whole service crew at Alderman's.

Craig was very pleasant. Greeted me with a smile, understood I needed to be to work at a certain time and kept me informed. Every employee who walked through the door greeted me with a smile.
