Helped out with a tow. Super nice guy! Would definitely recommend.
Wasn't thrilled, I hit my tire against the sidewalk while trying to avoid a pothole and it was 2 streets away from my home, but my car was out of commission, they wanted 150$ to tow it 2 streets over!!! I didn't have the money right then, so they said if you can get it by 5pm tomorrow, I won't charge you for fees, when they towed to my house, the next day.... 365$!!!!!! Not too impressed, I know gas is crazy but 150$ for literally 2 streets away? I think it's awful 🤷🙄
They are always nice and helpful :) Very trustworthy!
I needed a battery jump start at 6am and these guys were available, picked up the call on the second ring, and were at my place in less than 20 minutes. It was $100 for the jump which may seem high, but when you don't have other options it feels like a steal.
After Hillside, my mechanic of 20+ years closed, I was lost. Recently, the staff at Faye's treated me well, and fixed my brakes & inspected my car. They were patient with my questions. I'm hoping I can stop looking!
