I worked with Nya and she was wonderful! Originally I only came in for a state inspection, but there were some issues with the car that nya took time to explain to me. She seemed very sincere and patient, which never happens at a garage. She cared to get me my car back same day, which was wonderful! I highly recommend using girlington garage for all your car needs. Also, they give you a free loaner which is a nice perk!

From the initial call to set up the appointment to when I picked up my car, the service was beyond professional and friendly, just really human. I couldn't describe the "rattle" when I dropped it off and they didn't hear it so they called me twice and offered a test drive, rather than shame me! Even though they ended up finding nothing causing it, they gave me a comprehensive (and emailed) report of what I might want to have looked at and charged me very little. They had me at their sweet dog eating his peanut butter treat.

They are so pleasant & professional! They send detailed text/email updates - if they see issues - they let you know what and an estimate of what the cost would be but there is no pressure to have them do the work. Fun group of people! AND they left me a cookie on my dashboard - nice touch!
