I brought my Kia Soul for an oil change. Steve and the team are always friendly and helpful. The work was done in a timely manner.
As usual, staff at County Tire greeted my arrival for an appointment with warmth and efficiency. Although I’d been told earlier (from another source) I needed new brakes, County Tire assured me I did not and went ahead inspecting my car thoroughly before giving me an inspection tag. I appreciate their honesty and their skilled staff’s work.
I incurred a punctured tire on the way to Middlebury and made an emergency landing at County Tire en route to my doctors appointment. They gladly offered me a ride and were able to plug my tire in between their regularly scheduled appointments. I was reunited with my vehicle within just a few hours time. As I am a repeat customer , I can only say excellent service as usual!
The team at county tire got us set up with some nokian snow tires. Excellent communication and service from the folks at county tire! We will be returning customers!
