2014 3500 Sprinter. I am on a 3-month road trip from Vancouver, BC, and I noticed my front tires wearing prematurely (left on the inside, right on the outside). I called A's Auto and they took me in right away. Yes I need a wheel alignment, and they did it while I waited. An hour and a half later I was back on the road. Thank you so much you guys, you are awesome! Love the shop dogs.

Had a bearing issue with my trailer. Stuck for days 2hours away from these guys. They were out 2 hours from when I called. Not even the issue I thought it was. Price and service were excellent.

Called to inquire if they serviced a specific area because I saw an ad online stating they did. The lady said they didn't. When I was telling her about the ad she just hung up. That was incredibly rude.

Contracted through insurance, waited 40 minutes, they jumped an 8 year old battery, THAT gets them 5 stars but it gets bad. Again a contract tow company, insurance called them, the driver just got back from another call, told it wouldn't happen: WHY? I have to wait, if he is back, he can do what he needs and then do the job, unless You're just no longer a contract company and still want to get paid by insurance companies and other out sources. THAT'S what took You down 3. I stopped using this as a garage because, I had made an appointment to get my vehicle fixed, an APPOINTMENT, was told to come back in 2 days and it'd be fixed- he said "I didn't even look at it" it was a starter issue, but I had an APPOINTMENT! I inconvenienced others to get me from and back for YOU TO NOT LOOK AT MY CAR?!?! THAT COSTS 2 STARS: That should be 0 stars for those transgressions. I don't have Triple A anymore because they too left me stranded, and it's called theft, when someone pays for a service OFFERED FOR MONEY, received payment and NEVER render said services, this isn't the only two to avoid.

I had a broken down work machine that was very difficult to get on and off a tow truck. The folks at A's said yes when others said no. Special shout out to the driver, John, who was able to tow my machine safely and without damage.
