Very professional and excellent customer service. Showed up within time stated, very friendly and accommodated all our needs.
The company is very unprofessional drivers are rude and aggressive. I’ve never seen such threatening behavior from a tow truck driver all over the road using no signals driving fast behind people making them uncomfortable that they feel they need to move out the way and if you call the company to mention that they’ll hang up on you.
These guys are really great to work with.
First of all my name is Denise taliaferro and me and my son was broke down on the side of the road with a 3 year old autistic child and we cammed for towing it was 78 degrees outside . So they came and he looked and seen there was more then one person in the car and said he could go get a different truck to fit us all so I cancelled my ride and guess what he never came back to get us and never called to tell us he went on a different run, so if I didn't call back to see where he was we would have been out here until dark . My phone call back was not pleasent cause of my grandbaby in the car I would not recommend this towing company to anyone it is a joke. He also made me feel like it was my fault like I knew my car was going to break down you just don't do that to people especially a baby who doesn't know why he's stuck in a car so long this is the worst ever

They arrived to me in less time than they had predicted and were familiar with the area I needed my truck dropped off to. If I need to, I will definitely be using them again, if I'm in the area!

Paul's towing came out to help with a tire fix when our jack failed. They went above and beyond to help fix the tire and get it back on quickly.
