Any time at VIP was amazing , no problems at all . Being a young car owner they were very open with helping me understand things and being flexible with my schedule definitely recommend !

Showed up without an appointment looking to get an oil change on my truck and was out the door within 40-45 mins. Great service. Pauline is super nice and dog friendly!

Pauline and her crew are the BEST in the business! I’m from out of state and my car broke down today. By luck, the tow truck brought me here. They took my car in right away and got to work! More importantly, I was alone, and she made me feel right at home. I was at the shop for 5 hours. She bought me lunch and kept me company. I cannot say enough about this place. If i lived closer, they would be my go to car mechanic.

Honestly, I’ve been a couple of times now and have had good experiences. They always seem to be pretty transparent and when faced with charging me for something I feel they try to soften the blow to the wallet in any way they can. It’s a bit off the beaten path at the very edge of town though so if you need to have your car worked on for a while and don’t have a ride, unless you want to walk the busy nearby highway you’re kind of stuck there for the duration. They do offer coffee and water and WiFi/chargers, along with a tv though so it’s relatively painless.

I stopped in last week to see if my front axel was something they could fix ... and to my surprise they could ! I set up an appointment with Pauline -> btw (( she's very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable )) .. looking forward to my repair(s) ....
