Anything not work related was good. Even though the quarter panel took over 2 months, but that's on Mitsubishi. The work was subpar. Paint has ''points, enough that fibers from their buffing cloth was stuck to it. The paint also looks like an orange peal in spots, paint runs, can see where they stopped painting because of the overspray. Weatherstripping for the back door ripped, rear window rubber has a couple of holes. Chrome trim all scratched, like stuff srubbed on it. Trim not matching up, about a quarter inch gap. Also missing a cap for a mounting bolt for the roof rail. If it wasn't insurance paid, I would demand a refund and go elsewhere. On the plus side was surprised they cleaned the interior.

Absolutely most disgustingly lousy service ever. Followed this guy's instructions - and he jerked me around for more than a month trying to get my car repair done through Geico. Finally, said screw him (oh, he told me it would take two weeks at least to get the parts from Mazda). Went to Xtreme Collision in Morrisville; my car was done in a week (rental was there) and the parts are Mazda parts. These people seemed like they were racist a$$wipes, too! Avoid. This. Place. If. You. Want. Authentic. Customer. Service. Without the BS and run-around. Too bad we can't give negative star ratings -- this place would have to climb just to reach zero.

A 3 week repair turned into 2 months. Was finally told it would be ready last Wednesday at the very latest. Called to arrange pickup and they said actually, Friday. We called Friday and they said, well, we had to order two more nuts (?!) and they won't be here until Monday. Definitely ready Monday by noon. We call Monday AM (today) and they said, "oh the nuts should be here at 11:30, so you can pick up at 3:30. Maybe we can call the nut delivery place and see if they can rush it over." We haven't had our only car for two months, and this has been the most nightmarish experience, trying to get food and prescriptions delivered and rides to work and cancelling medical appointments. Stay far, far away from this place. Wish I could give it zero stars.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience they used factory parts even though ins authorized aftermarket , Work was perfect , panels matched and aligned perfectly. Completed 1 week early and for less than quoted they communicated throughout the process and rental car was breeze easy .
