They tried stealing tires from my wife they are thief's they was brand-new tires

Edit: No one ever reached out. I really hate to do this but - our past 6 experiences have def been 1 star. Wrong parts ordered, never called about fixed vehicles, back up camera damaged and not fixed broke a piece of our rear hatch and only addressed it when I saw it in the parking lot. The last appointment was the final straw. Went back for rescheduled appointment to have piece fixed on our car (2nd appt) and had appt for tires to be changed over. After about 10 mins they come out and say it's done - I asked if they put on our Summers. They replied no and went back to our car. Since I was pretty sure we needed new tires I asked if they looked ok or if I should buy new tires? They said they were fine. Fast forward to 3 months later and I've purchased new tires somewhere else. Unprompted, I was advised I should not have been driving on these (which I suspected) and the TPS warning light and slow leak tire were both due to 3 damaged valve cores.

I had an appointment for a brake inspection last week, they were making a rubbing sound that was getting progressively worse. The man behind the counter looked me straight in the eye, after the "inspection", and said that my brakes were fine, probably good until the summer and that the problem was the "new kind of salt" they're using on the roads now. Huh, okay, I thought for sure I'd be driving out of there with new brakes. Turns out I should have. A few days later it was literally metal on metal. Two brake rotor's and brake pad sets later they were fixed, by a reputable garage in St. J. Did these guys just not want to be bothered? Did they not want the business? What ever the answer, it's clear that they were not concerned about the safety of a customer that walked out their door, and they should be ashamed of themselves.

We had been customers at Vianor in St. Johnsbury and continued on when the business became Gills Point S. We have been very happy with the service received. Most recently, we brought in our Toyota Sienna for brake work. (Never a fun thing to do, usually expensive.) Nick, the manager, recommended that we try doing the front brakes because it seemed possible that the problem was in the front brakes only. Well, he turned out to be right, saving us a substantial amount. Always have had good and friendly service there.

Matt and the owner were super nice and filled my tires with air for free as a courtesy, and checked for punctures. They were super professional and friendly, 10/10 would go to them for service again!

I highly recommend Gills in St J. Great service, reasonable prices. They checked with me before proceeding with repairs and gave me an idea of price. I was able to prioritize what had to be done first and what could be delayed a bit. Staff members are friendly and knowledgeable. I need to add to the original review! Once again, my car was in for repairs. After the repairs, it needed an alignment. Matt stayed late to work on it. Nick and all the guys are friendly, courteous, efficient, and proficient. Oh, and the new floor in the waiting area is fantastic! The waiting area is much more welcoming and comfortable now!
